What a great day to be at home after being in the hospital, where I was treated amazingly. 

However, I had no control over what happened to me or what I could do and it was very very frustrating having not had that situation since 1979. 

So all I did today was get up at 8:00. Take some of the new meds I have.

We for a walk to Tamping Ground cafe. Got myself a latte. Walked home relaxed. Did some stuff on laptop and relaxed. 
Made myself some lunch which I enjoyed.

I'm just going to relax the rest of the afternoon have dinner watching a little telly and go to bed. 

To be honest, I think that'll probably be my days until Sunday when I return to St Bartholomew's for surgery on Monday.

This is the day my heart decided to seek revenge by attacking me. It was the NHS Ambulance Service who were the first of my saviours on this day - they were simply amazing. They delivered me to St Bartholenew's Hospital, where a stent was inserted in the artery on the right side of my heart. This was done whilst I was awake, and they did this by inserting a tube in the artery in my right wrist. That was interesting but weird. I then spent until Tuesday, 21 October 2025, at 18h00 at St Barts.

It's been one week since I had a longer walk today. Currently stopped for a rest and a coffee. Don't feel I need one, but decided it is best not to wait. I do. Just taking it easy as instructed. Is this the first time I am listening to what someone tells me to do something. I suppose the last time was my mother. The similarities - both life and death situations. On my way to the pharmacy now to buy a special body wash I need to use until Monday.
