I seem to have a wonderful view of St. Paul's. Although it's a reflective view, it's still wonderful. I have been in this room for the last 3 days and it's been lovely in terms of the employees who have taken care of me. I keep my curtains open as much as I can. everything I want I should be able to go home tomorrow. Should be Saturday and I will won't be too bad 6 days from the from the surgery. I hadn't quite realised all the tube that they had put in me as part of my recovery process aving found out whilst they were taking them out.

This is the day my heart decided to seek revenge by attacking me. The reasons they call it a heart attack are:  How helpless you feel during the attack How vulnerable you are left feeling after the attack More about my feelings later, as you muddle through my ramblings  I will try to keep this Brief. It was the NHS Ambulance Service who were the first of my saviours on this day - they were simply amazing. They delivered me to St Bartholenew's Hospital, where a stent was inserted in the artery on the right side of my heart. This was done whilst I was awake, and they did this by inserting a tube in the artery in my right wrist. That was interesting but weird. I then spent until Tuesday, 21 October 2025, at 18h00 at St Barts.

It's been one week since I had a longer walk today. Currently stopped for a rest and a coffee. Don't feel I need one, but decided it is best not to wait. I do. Just taking it easy as instructed. Is this the first time I am listening to what someone tells me to do something. I suppose the last time was my mother. The similarities - both life and death situations. On my way to the pharmacy now to buy a special body wash I need to use until Monday.
